摘　　要：文章围绕管线布置的基本原理与方法,分析了空间利用不充分、施工与维护难度大、管线冲突以及功能需求不匹配等问题。结合优化算法和BIM技术,文章提出了多目标优化、模块化布置等解决方案,提高了管线布置的科学性和合理性,降低了成本,为建筑机电工程提供了优化路径与实践指导。This article focuses on the basic principles and methods of pipeline layout,analyzing issues such as insufficient space utilization,difficulty in construction and maintenance,pipeline conflicts,and mismatched functional requirements.Combining optimization algorithms and BIM technology,the article proposes solutions such as multi-objective optimization and modular layout to improve the scientific and rational layout of pipelines,reduce costs,and provide optimization paths and practical guidance for building electromechanical engineering.
