摘 要:随着建筑工程技术的不断发展,防渗漏措施及其技术应用研究已成为保障建筑工程质量的重要环节。文章针对建筑工程中常见的渗漏问题,包括外墙、地下室、厨卫和屋面的渗漏,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了相应的防渗漏措施;同时,探讨了超声波检测技术、现场实时监控技术、三维激光扫描技术、电阻率检测技术以及红外线检测技术在防渗漏施工中的应用。研究结果表明,这些技术的应用不仅提高了防渗漏施工的效率和准确性,还有助于提前发现并解决潜在的渗漏问题,确保建筑物的安全性和耐久性。With the continuous development of construction engineering technology,research on anti leakage measures and their technical applications has become an important link in ensuring the quality of construction projects.The article focuses on common leakage problems in construction engineering,including leakage in exterior walls,basements,kitchens,bathrooms,and roofs.It analyzes the causes of these problems and proposes corresponding anti leakage measures;At the same time,the application of ultrasonic detection technology,real-time on-site monitoring technology,3D laser scanning technology,resistivity detection technology,and infrared detection technology in anti-seepage construction was discussed.The research results indicate that the application of these technologies not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of anti-seepage construction,but also helps to detect and solve potential leakage problems in advance,ensuring the safety and durability of buildings.
