摘　　要：文章首先阐述施工前期准备、管道切割与清理、热熔焊接操作流程(加热、对接、冷却阶段)以及焊接质量控制措施(外观检查、压力测试、无损检测),同时介绍热熔焊接施工技术在数字化与智能化融合、绿色环保技术发展、新材料与新工艺应用等方面的发展趋势。研究结果表明,掌握并合理应用热熔焊接施工技术,对保障暖通工程水系统管道施工质量至关重要。The article first elaborates on the pre construction preparation,pipeline cutting and cleaning,hot melt welding operation process(heating,docking,cooling stages),and welding quality control measures(appearance inspection,pressure testing,non-destructive testing).At the same time,it introduces the development trends of hot melt welding construction technology in the integration of digitalization and intelligence,the development of green environmental protection technology,and the application of new materials and processes.The research results indicate that mastering and applying hot melt welding construction technology reasonably is crucial for ensuring the construction quality of HVAC water system pipelines.
