摘　　要：在水利工程体系中,输水隧洞作为关键性基础设施,承担着输水、泄洪及调节水量等多重功能,其建设管理的科学性与合理性直接影响到整个水利工程的运行效果与使用寿命。因此,如何高效地进行水库输水隧洞工程的建设管理,成为当前水利领域亟待解决的问题。文章将从水库输水隧洞工程基本概述出发,通过对设计阶段、施工阶段以及运维阶段的管理现状进行分析,提出了一些相关的管理实践措施,以期为实现水库输水隧洞工程的高质量发展提供理论依据。In the water conservancy project system,the water conveyance tunnel,as a key infrastructure,undertakes multiple functions such as water conveyance,flood discharge and water regulation.The scientificity and rationality of its construction management directly affect the operation effect and service life of the whole water conservancy project.Therefore,how to efficiently carry out the construction and management of the reservoir water conveyance tunnel project has become an urgent problem in the current water conservancy field.Starting from the basic overview of the reservoir water conveyance tunnel project,this paper analyzes the management status of the design stage,construction stage and operation and maintenance stage,and puts forward some relevant management practice measures,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of the reservoir water conveyance tunnel project.
