摘　　要：文章详细探讨了建筑工程土建混凝土施工中的关键技术,包括高性能混凝土(HPC)、自密实混凝土(SCC)及预制构件的应用与实践。通过对原材料选择、配合比设计、施工工艺以及质量控制等方面的分析,揭示了这些技术在提升混凝土性能、缩短施工周期、降低成本和提高工程质量方面的显著优势。此外,文章还讨论了创新养护技术和无损检测方法的应用,以进一步保证混凝土结构的耐久性和安全性,为建筑行业提供全面的技术参考,推动混凝土施工技术的发展和应用。This article discusses in detail the key technologies in the construction of civil concrete in building engineering,including the application and practice of high-performance concrete(HPC),self compacting concrete(SCC),and prefabricated components.Through the analysis of raw material selection,mix design,construction technology,and quality control,the significant advantages of these technologies in improving concrete performance,shortening construction period,reducing costs,and improving engineering quality have been revealed.In addition,the article also discusses the application of innovative maintenance techniques and non-destructive testing methods to further ensure the durability and safety of concrete structures,in order to provide comprehensive technical references for the construction industry and promote the development and application of concrete construction technology.
