摘　　要：文章采取案例分析法,结合某房屋建筑拆迁改造工程,对现浇保温免拆模板结构、受力进行分析,以此设计连接件的数量、间距等参数,并提出墙体施工、焊接钢筋网架、浇筑混凝土、饰面施工、设置防火隔离带施工技术应用措施。研究结果显示,合理地应用房屋建筑工程现浇保温免拆模板混凝土墙体施工技术,不仅能优化外墙保温,节省建筑能耗,还能优化工程质量。This article adopts a case analysis method,combined with the demolition and renovation project of a certain building,to analyze the structure and stress of cast-in-place insulation non dismantling formwork.Based on this,parameters such as the number and spacing of connectors are designed,and technical application measures for wall construction,welding of steel grid,pouring of concrete,decoration construction,and setting of fire isolation belts are proposed.The research results show that the reasonable application of cast-in-place insulation and non dismantling formwork concrete wall construction technology in housing construction engineering can not only optimize external wall insulation,save building energy consumption,but also optimize project quality.
