房建项目地下室外墙防水工程质量控制与评价研究

摘　　要：文章首先通过4M1E模型对实际案例进行了分析,归纳出人为因素、材料质量、施工工艺和施工环境对防水工程质量的影响;其次构建了房建项目地下室外墙防水工程质量控制模型,并提出了针对性的质量控制方案;最后,通过两个案例验证了质量控制方案的有效性。研究结果表明,通过强化人为、材料、施工及管理4个维度的事前与事中管理,可以有效提升防水工程质量控制效果,为房建项目地下室外墙防水工程的质量控制提供理论依据和实践指导。The article first analyzes actual cases through the 4M1E model,summarizes the influence of human factors,material quality,construction technology,and construction environment on the quality of waterproofing engineering,and then constructs a quality control model for basement exterior wall waterproofing engineering in building projects,and proposes targeted quality control plans;Finally,the effectiveness of the quality control plan was verified through two cases.The research results indicate that by strengthening pre-and in-process management in four dimensions:human,material,construction,and management,the quality control effect of waterproofing engineering can be effectively improved,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the quality control of basement exterior wall waterproofing engineering in building projects.
