摘　　要：文章首先对砌体结构抗震加固技术进行了阐述;然后分析了该技术在现代住宅工程中的应用要点;最后对该技术的性能进行了评估,以期能够为未来住宅建筑抗震设计与加固方案优化提供理论依据和实际指导,从而提高建筑物在地震中的安全性与耐久性。Firstly,this paper expounds the seismic reinforcement technology of masonry structure;Then the application points of this technology in modern residential engineering are analyzed;Finally,the performance of the technology is evaluated,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the seismic design and reinforcement scheme optimization of residential buildings in the future,so as to improve the safety and durability of buildings in earthquakes.
