摘  要:对于高层建筑中基础承重梁,通常借助特定构造手段将上层承重转移到底层,主要是承担并转换建筑上层结构重量。在应对大尺度空间布局及复杂结构形态的问题时,采用型钢混凝土高层建筑转换梁设计具有较好的效果。文章首先对高层建筑中大跨度型钢混凝土高位转换梁的施工方法进行梳理,其次对材料挑选与施工技术、转换梁布置、大跨度梁组装等关键技术进行分析,最后对施工中维护与安全管理体系建设进行研究,以供相关人员参考。For the foundation load-bearing beams in high-rise buildings,specific structural methods are usually used to transfer the upper load-bearing capacity to the lower level,mainly to bear and convert the weight of the upper structure of the building.When dealing with large-scale spatial layout and complex structural forms,the use of steel-concrete high-rise building transfer beam design has a good effect.The article first summarizes the construction methods of large-span steel-concrete high-level transfer beams in high-rise buildings.Secondly,key technologies such as material selection and construction techniques,transfer beam layout,and large-span beam assembly are analyzed.Finally,the maintenance and safety management system construction during construction is studied for reference by relevant personnel.
