摘　　要：文章首先构建了风险预测框架,科学获取了案例库工程经验值;然后深入探讨了风险评估的优选方法,严谨进行了数据准备与预处理,精确计量了风险影响度并合理计算了风险阈值;最后提出了风险控制策略,包括智能化驱动、全流程风险监督以及协同化责任强化,为建筑工程质量监督检测迈向新高度提供了有力支撑。Firstly,the paper constructs the risk prediction framework and scientifically obtains the engineering experience value of the case base;Then,the optimization method of risk assessment is discussed in depth,the data preparation and pretreatment are carried out rigorously,the risk impact degree is measured accurately and the risk threshold is calculated reasonably;Finally,the risk control strategy is proposed,including intelligent driving,whole process risk supervision and collaborative responsibility strengthening,which provides strong support for the construction quality supervision and detection to a new height.
