摘　　要：在土建工程中,造价的预结算审核不仅是对项目投资成本的把控,更是对项目整体经济效益的预判与优化。面对复杂多变的市场环境、材料价格的波动以及施工过程中的不确定性因素,如何科学、高效地进行造价的预结算审核,成为了土建项目管理中的一项重要挑战。文章旨在探讨土建工程造价的预结算审核方法及策略,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。In the implementation process of civil engineering,the pre settlement review of cost is not only a control of project investment cost,but also a prediction and optimization of the overall economic benefits of the project.Facing the complex and everchanging market environment,fluctuations in material prices,and uncertainties in the construction process,how to scientifically and efficiently conduct cost pre settlement audits has become an important challenge in civil engineering project management.The article aims to explore the methods and strategies for pre settlement review of civil engineering costs,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
