摘　　要：施工总承包模式作为一种集成化的项目管理方式,通过将设计、采购、施工等多个阶段整合由一个总承包商负责,实现了项目资源的高效配置与利用。这种模式有助于简化项目沟通流程,减少界面冲突,提高工程建设的整体效率和质量。文章从施工总承包模式基本概述入手,阐述了施工总承包模式下建筑工程建设项目管理的重要性,通过对合同管理、计划与进度管理、资源管理等方面进行分析,为建筑工程项目管理者提供了一套系统化的管理方法。As an integrated project management approach,the construction general contracting model integrates multiple stages such as design,procurement,and construction under the responsibility of a single general contractor,achieving efficient allocation and utilization of project resources.This model helps simplify the project communication process,reduce interface conflicts,and improve the overall efficiency and quality of engineering construction.The article will start with a basic overview of the construction general contracting model,elaborating on the importance of project management in construction projects under the construction general contracting model.Through analysis of contract management,planning and schedule management,resource management,and other aspects,a systematic management method will be provided for construction project managers.
