摘　　要：随着建筑市场的不断发展和行业管理水平的提升,工程量清单计价模式逐渐成为建筑项目预算与结算的主流模式。文章分析了工程量清单计价模式的基本原理、特点及其在建筑工程中的应用,探讨了其在实际操作中的优势与面临的挑战。研究结果显示,工程量清单计价模式的应用能够提高项目预算的透明度与准确性,优化成本控制,促进工程招标与合同管理的规范化。With the continuous development of the construction market and the improvement of industry management level,the bill of quantities pricing mode has gradually become the mainstream mode of construction project budget and settlement.This paper analyzes the basic principle,characteristics and application of the bill of quantities pricing mode in construction engineering,and discusses its advantages and challenges in practical operation.The results show that the application of bill of quantities pricing model can improve the transparency and accuracy of project budget,optimize cost control,and promote the standardization of project bidding and contract management.
