摘　　要：文章探讨了住宅建筑工程造价超预算的原因,包括分析预算编制不精确、市场环境变化、设计变更等,并针对这些原因提出了有效的控制方法,包括提高预算编制质量、加强市场预测、完善预算体制等,旨在为住宅建筑工程的造价控制提供理论支持和实践指导。This paper discusses the reasons why the cost of residential construction projects exceeds the budget,including analyzing the imprecision of budget preparation,changes in market environment,design changes,etc.,and puts forward effective control methods for these reasons,including improving the quality of budget preparation,strengthening market prediction,improving the budget system,etc.,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cost control of residential construction projects.
