摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,装配式住宅建筑因其高效、环保的特点,逐渐成为建筑行业的重要发展方向。文章以S市某住宅工程为例,系统分析了装配式住宅建筑施工技术及其施工管理措施,研究内容涵盖预制墙体与节点施工、预制叠合板安装、灌浆技术、墙体混凝土建筑以及预制楼梯板安装等关键技术环节,同时提出了优化装配式施工技术及管理措施的建议,以促进绿色建筑和智慧城市的可持续发展。With the acceleration of urbanization,prefabricated residential buildings have gradually become an important development direction of the construction industry because of their high efficiency and environmental protection characteristics.Taking a residential project in s city as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the construction technology and construction management measures of prefabricated residential buildings.The research content covers key technical links such as prefabricated wall and node construction,prefabricated composite plate installation,grouting technology,wall concrete construction and prefabricated stair plate installation,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing the prefabricated construction technology and management measures,so as to promote the sustainable development of green buildings and smart cities.
