摘 要:在建筑行业持续发展的过程中,建筑主体结构的安全性和稳定性一直是行业关注的核心。文章选取了葫芦岛市城市管理公共服务中心项目作为典型案例,探讨了主体结构施工中的关键技术和创新方法。该工程面临的主要挑战包括多工种同步作业的协调、施工阶段的精确测量与放线、钢筋与混凝土施工的高质量要求等。为应对这些挑战,文章提出了优化施工组织设计、强化现场施工管理和质量控制等创新措施,旨在提高建筑主体结构施工水平,进一步提升建筑的安全性。In the continuous development of the construction industry,the safety and stability of the main structure of buildings have always been the core concern of the industry.The article selects the Huludao City Urban Management Public Service Center project as a typical case and explores the key technologies and innovative methods in the construction of the main structure.The main challenges faced by this project include coordination of synchronized operations among multiple trades,precise measurement and setting out during the construction phase,and high-quality requirements for steel and concrete construction.To address these challenges,the article proposes innovative measures such as optimizing construction organization design,strengthening on-site construction management,and quality control,aiming to improve the construction level of building main structures and further enhance the safety of buildings.
