摘 要:针对柑橘大数据分散于产业链不同场景、信息孤岛现象显著且阻碍信息共享与利用等问题,设计、构建出高度集成化的广西柑橘智慧果园信息平台(以下简称“平台”)。平台通过整合产业链各环节的多源异构海量数据,融合种植适宜性评价、水肥智慧灌溉、柑橘(果实)目标检测、姿态估计、关键点检测、自动测产、品质自动分级等关键技术,集成智慧耕地、智慧灌溉、智能采摘与品质分级及果园信息服务等一系列子系统,实现了果园产前规划、产中管理和产后追溯的全链条数字化、智能化管理。平台实现了果园全生命周期的信息感知与分析,结合深度挖掘并充分利用长期积累的数据资源,构建多维度数据模型体系,广泛覆盖地块属性与生产关联、水肥营养调控、果实品质预测、历史产量分析及病虫害预警等,能够为规范化生产流程提供数据驱动的决策依据,加强对自然灾害的预警与应对能力,同时在果园管理决策中展现出实际效用。平台的应用可推动柑橘产业链上下游的协同合作。研究结果为广西柑橘产业的数字化转型提供了创新思路与实践案例。Aiming at the problem that the big data of citrus scattered in different application scenes of industrial chain,induced the phenomenon of information isolated island,which obstructs the sharing and utilization of resource information,this paper designed and constructed a highly integrated Guangxi citrus intelligent orchard information platform(hereinafter referred to as‘platform’).The platform integrated multi-source heterogeneous massive data of each link of the industrial chain,and compromised key technologies such as planting suitability evaluation,water and fertilizer intelligent irrigation,citrus(fruit)target detection,attitude estimation,key-point detection,automatic yield prediction,and automatic quality grading,and integrated a series of subsystems such as intelligent cultivated land,intelligent irrigation,intelligent picking and quality grading,and orchard information service.The platform realized the whole chain digital and intelligent management of the orchard pre-production planning,production management and post-production traceability.Furthermore,the platform realized the information sensing and analysis across the entire lifecycle of orchard.The platform combined with deep mining and full use of the long-term accumulated data resources,to construct a multi-dimensional data model system,which widely covered the plot attributes and related production,water and fertilizer nutrition regulation,fruit quality prediction,historical yield analysis,diseases and pests early warning.The platform is able to provide a data-driven decision-making basis for the standardized production process,and strengthened the abilities of early warning and response strategies for natural disasters,and showed the actual utility in the orchard management decision-making.The application of the platform can promote the cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the citrus industrial chain.This study provides innovative ideas and practical cases for the digital transformation of the citrus industry in Guangxi.
