摘  要:为探索宜昌地区脐橙不同季节枝梢上柑橘溃疡病发病规律和筛选高效绿色安全的防控药剂,连续两年进行了自然条件下发生规律调查,并在3月底至9月下旬对5种防治柑橘溃疡病药剂(或配方)进行田间防治试验和安全性评估。结果表明,自然条件下夏梢叶片感病程度最重,秋梢叶片其次,春梢叶片最轻。20%噻森铜悬浮剂和77%硫酸铜钙可湿性粉剂对叶片溃疡病的整体防治效果均达到85%,显著好于其他3种防治药剂。3种铜制剂(20%噻森铜悬浮剂、77%硫酸铜钙可湿性粉剂和46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂)和生物农药(5%大蒜素微乳剂+2%春雷霉素水剂)对果实溃疡病的防治效果达到90%,显著高于20%丙硫唑悬浮剂。5种施药处理对柑橘安全性良好。46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂和20%丙硫唑悬浮剂施药处理可能会刺激柑橘全爪螨产卵。试验结果可为柑橘溃疡病的科学用药和绿色防控提供参考。To elucidate seasonal epidemic patterns of citrus bacterial canker(CBC)on navel orange shoots in Yichang district and screen effective,eco-friendly,and safe control agents,a study was conducted under natural field conditions.Disease incidence regulations were investigated for two years continuously.Field control trials and safety evaluations of five agents(or formulations)for citrus bacterial canker from late March to late September were carried out.The Results revealed that under natural conditions,leaves of summer shoots exhibited the highest disease severity,followed by autumn shoots leaves,with spring shoots leaves showing the lowest incidence.The 20%thiosenate copper SC and 77%copper calcium sulfate WP demonstrated an overall control efficacy of 85.13%and 83.75%,respectively,against foliar CBC,which was significantly higher than the other three treatments evaluated.For fruit canker management,three copper-based formulations(20%thiosenate copper SC,77%copper calcium sulfate WP,and 46%copper hydroxide WG)and the bio-pesticide combination(5%allicin ME+2%kasugamycin AS)achieved 90%control efficacy,significantly outperforming 20%albendazole SC.All treatments exhibited minimal phytotoxicity to citrus trees.Applications of 46%copper hydroxide WG and 20%albendazole SC may stimulate oviposition of citrus red mite(Panonychus citri).These findings provide guidelines for rational chemical use and integrated eco-friendly management of CBC.
