摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度的确立为解放和发展生产力开辟了广阔的空间,为当代中国一切发展进步奠定了根本政治前提和制度基础。但社会主义不是一成不变的,必须随着不断变化的国情,对妨碍社会主义优越性发挥的具体制度和体制机制进行不断创新,以实现社会主义制度的自我完善和发展,这是进一步全面深化改革、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。改革开放以来,中国共产党坚持以制度建设为主线,通过全面深化改革谱写了制度创新的新篇章,为中国式现代化提供了有力制度保障。新征程上推进制度创新必须坚持党的全面领导,牢牢把握以人民为中心的价值取向,坚持守正创新、一切从国情出发,才能确保制度创新始终沿着正确政治方向稳步前进,从而更加坚定中国特色社会主义制度自信。The establishment of China’s socialist system has opened up a broad space for the liberation and development of the productive forces,and lay down the fundamental political conditions and the institutional foundations for all development and progress in contemporary China.However,the socialism is not static,in order to realize the self-improvement and development of the socialist system,it must keep with the changing national conditions,continuing to create the specific system and institutions and mechanisms that hinder the superiority of socialism,that is an inevitable requirement for further deepening reform comprehensively and modernizing the system and capacity for governance.The CPC has taken institution building as our main task since reform and opening up,writing the new chapter of institutional innovation by comprehensively deepen reform,and promoting the powerful institutions for Chinese Modernization.On the new journey,we must uphold the Party's overall leadership,taking a people-centered approach,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,considering China’s own situation to advance institutional innovation.Only then can we ensure that institutional innovation moves steadily in the correct political direction,and that we more effectively uphold our confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics.
