摘　　要：耐心资本作为一种长期投资形式,其风险管理需求日益复杂,而传统金融工具在透明度、效率及跨机构协作方面存在不足。基于对区块链技术核心特性及数字人民币技术架构的分析,提出了一种应用框架,包括风险评估与预警、资产透明度提升、跨机构协作与监管等模块。研究表明,区块链的去中心化、不可篡改及可追溯特性,可显著提高耐心资本风险管理的透明性与效率,优化信息共享机制,并支持更高效的监管与合规操作。通过案例研究验证了该技术在动态监控、实时分析及决策支持方面的优势。然而,技术复杂性、部署成本及政策与市场接受度等问题仍需解决。未来研究可聚焦于智能合约的深度开发及跨行业协作扩展,以推动基于区块链的数字人民币在金融领域的全面应用。Patient capital,as a form of long-term investment,has increasingly complex risk management requirements,while traditional financial instruments have shortcomings in transparency,efficiency and cross-institutional collaboration.Based on the analysis of the core characteristics of blockchain technology and the technical architecture of digital RMB,an application framework is proposed,including modules such as risk assessment and early warning,asset transparency enhancement,cross-institutional collaboration and supervision.Studies have shown that the decentralized,immutable,and traceable nature of blockchain can significantly improve the transparency and efficiency of patient capital risk management,optimize information sharing mechanisms,and support more efficient regulatory and compliance operations.The advantages of this technology in dynamic monitoring,real-time analysis and decision support are verified by case studies.However,issues such as technical complexity,deployment costs,and policy and market acceptance still need to be addressed.Future research can focus on the deep development of smart contracts and the expansion of cross-industry collaboration to promote the full application of blockchain-based digital RMB in the financial field.
