摘　　要：目的 探讨红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架(Nr-CWS)治疗合并高危型HPV感染的低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)的临床效果。方法 224例合并高危型HPV感染的LSIL患者随机分为Nr-CWS治疗组(A组,75例)、保妇康栓治疗组(B组,75例)和重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗组(C组,74例)。比较三组治疗后疾病转归、HPV转阴率及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后3个月,三组均未见病变进展者;治疗后6个月,三组间疾病转归情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12个月,A组病变逆转率和HPV转阴率高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。与B组和C组相比,A组治疗后3个月阴道流血发生率增加(P<0.05)。结论 Nr-CWS有促进LSIL逆转的作用,同时可提高临床HPV转阴率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nocardia rubra cell-wall skeleton(Nr-CWS) in the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) combined with high-risk HPV infection.Methods A total of 224 LSIL patients combined with high-risk HPV infection were randomized into three groups of A(treated with Nr-CWS,75 cases),B(treated with Baofukang suppository,75 cases) and C(treated with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablet,74 cases).The outcomes of disease,negative conversion ratio of HPV and adverse responses after the treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The disease progression was not found in the three groups in the 3~(rd) month after the treatment.There was no statistical difference in the outcomes of disease among the three groups in the 6~(th) month after the treatment(P>0.05).The rate of regression and negative conversion ratio of HPV in group A were higher than those in groups of B and C in the 12~(th) month after the treatment(P<0.05).Compared with groups of B and C,the incidence of vaginal bleeding was increased in group A in the 3~(rd) month after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Nr-CWS promotes the regression of LSIL and improves the clinical negative conversion ratio of HPV.
