摘　　要：目的 探讨非药物处理对老年男性患者苏醒期谵妄(ED)及纺锤波缺失的影响。方法 择期全身麻醉下行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术的老年男性患者100例随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上接受非药物处理,包括术前观看视频、医生讲解和经验分享等,以及苏醒期家属陪伴及安抚。记录ED及纺锤波缺失的发生情况,使用重症监护谵妄筛查量表(ICDSC)评分评估ED的严重程度,比较两组患者苏醒期躁动发生率、麻醉后恢复室(PACU)疼痛发生率、PACU停留时间和患者总满意率。结果 与对照组比较,观察组ED发生率、ICDSC评分、纺锤波缺失发生率及苏醒期躁动发生率较低,PACU停留时间较短,患者总满意率较高(P<0.05)。结论 加用非药物处理能够减少老年男性患者ED及纺锤波缺失的发生,降低ED严重程度,且提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of non-drug treatments on the emergence delirium(ED) and absence of spindle wave in elderly male patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly male patients undergoing selective transurethral resection of bladder tumors under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases each.Group C received conventional care,and group A additionally received non-drug treatments including watching videos before surgery,doctor's explanation and experience sharing,as well as accompanying and comforting from family members during recovery period.The incidence of ED and absence of spindle wave were recorded.The severity of ED was evaluated by intensive care delirium screening checklist(ICDSC) score.The incidences of agitation during recovery and pain during postanesthesia care unit(PACU),PACU stay time and overall satisfaction rate of the patients were observed.Results Compared with group C,the incidences of ED,absence of spindle wave and agitation during recovery and ICDSC score were lower,PACU stay time was shorter,and the overall satisfaction rate of the patients was higher in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Additionaly using non-drug treatments can reduce the occurrence of ED in elderly male patients,attenuate the severity of ED and absence of spindle wave,and improve the patients' satisfaction.
