聚乙二醇洛塞那肽降糖疗效的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨聚乙二醇洛塞那肽降糖疗效的影响因素。方法157例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者接受以聚乙二醇洛塞那肽为主要降糖方案连续治疗6个月。依据疗效分为A组(105例)和B组(52例),其中A组治疗后HbA1c水平下降≥1%,B组治疗后HbA1c水平下降<1%。采用多因素logistic回归分析聚乙二醇洛塞那肽降糖疗效的影响因素,并绘制ROC曲线分析其预测价值。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,T2DM患者的HbA1c水平和T2DM病程是聚乙二醇洛塞那肽降糖有效的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,HbA1c水平和T2DM病程预测聚乙二醇洛塞那肽降糖有效的AUC分别为0.792[95%CI(0.721~0.863),P<0.05]和0.728[95%CI(0.649~0.807),P<0.05]。结论HbA1c水平和T2DM病程是聚乙二醇洛塞那肽降糖疗效的影响因素。Objective To investigate the influencing factors for the hypoglycemic efficacy of polyethylene glycol loxenatide.Methods A total of 157 type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients were treated with polyethylene glycol loxenatide as the main hypoglycemic regimen for 6 months.According to the treatment efficacy,the patients were divided into two groups of A(the decrease of HbA1c level≥1%,105 cases)and B(the decrease of HbA1c level<1%,52 cases).Multivariate logistic regression method was used to analyze the factors influencing the hypoglycemic efficacy of polyethylene glycol loxenatide,and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the HbA1c level and T2DM course of the T2DM patients were the independent influencing factors for the effective hypoglycemic efficacy of polyethylene glycol loxenatide(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of HbA1c level and T2DM course were 0.792[95%CI(0.721-0.863),P<0.05]and 0.728[95%CI(0.649-0.807),P<0.05],respectively,which could effectively predict the hypoglycemic efficacy of polyethylene glycol loxenatide.Conclusion HbA1c level and T2DM course are the reliable influencing factors for the hypoglycemic efficacy of polyethylene glycol loxenatide.
