摘　　要：青藏高原的非物质文化遗产是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。近20年,青藏高原非物质文化遗产的研究与保护,已成为藏学研究的重要领域,更是青藏高原文化保护非遗转向的理论支撑。对青藏高原非遗的历史和文学价值、艺术价值、科学价值的认识与阐释,既能认识非遗的宝贵价值,建立民众非遗保护的主体性,更能将传统非遗价值与中华民族现代化目标连接,创造更美好的生活。而对各民族共创共享文化价值的研究,有利于推动中华民族共同体建设。在青藏高原非遗保护工作的研究方面,对非遗存续现状和传承机制的关注是一项基础性工作,通过代表性项目认定、传承人保护、生产性保护、抢救性保护及文化生态保护区建设等措施,初步建立了系统化保护机制。尤其是热贡文化生态保护区、格萨尔文化(果洛)生态保护区、迪庆民族文化生态保护区等整体性保护案例,说明非遗保护与区域协同发展的可能性。同时,一些学者也对非遗保护方式和传承机制进行了反思。在全球化背景下,对青藏高原非物质文化遗产的研究,有助于非遗在活态传承中守正创新,为中华民族现代文明的建设和人类文明的多样性贡献青藏高原非遗的智慧与价值。The intangible cultural heritage of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau is an important part of excellent traditional Chinese culture.In recent 20 years,the research and protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau have become an important field in Tibetan studies and also serve as the theoretical support for the shift of cultural protection in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau towards intangible cultural heritage.The research on the intangible cultural heritage of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau has two levels.One is the understanding and interpretation of the historical,literary,artistic and scientific values of the intangible cultural heritage.This can not only help us recognize the precious value of the intangible cultural heritage and establish the subjectivity of the public in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,but also connect the value of traditional intangible cultural heritage with the goal of the modernization of the Chinese nation to create a better life.The research on the cultural values co-created and shared by all ethnic groups is an important path to establish the cultural identity of the Chinese nation community.In terms of the research on the protection work of the intangible cultural heritage in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,paying attention to the current survival status and inheritance mechanism of the intangible cultural heritage is a fundamental task.Through measures such as the identification of representative projects,the protection of inheritors,productive protection,rescue protection and the construction of cultural ecological protection areas,a systematic protection mechanism has been initially established.In particular,the holistic protection cases of the Regong Cultural Ecological Protection Area,the Gesar Culture(Guoluo)Ecological Protection Area,the Diqing Ethnic Cuitural Ecological Protection Area,etc.,illustrate the possibility of the coordinated development between the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the region.At the same time,some scholars have
