摘　　要：以福州区域经济体为例,系统分析2020-2023年数据资料,结合座谈访谈、实地调研,剖析了当前知识产权保护发展面临的困境,提出了构建政府“大保护”格局、建立创造“大扶持”机制、提升企业“大运用”能力、培育市场“大集聚”功能等4种优化路径,以期为区域经济体发展新质生产力、构建现代化产业体系提供实践指导。This article takes the Fuzhou regional economy as an example,analyzes the four difficulties in the development of intellectual property protection through data analysis in the past three years,combined with discussions,interviews and field research.It proposes four measures and methods:building a government"big protection"pattern,establishing a"big support"mechanism for invention and creation,enhancing the"big application"ability of enterprises and cultivating the"big agglomeration"function of the market in order to provide practical guidance for the development of new quality productivity and the construction of a modern industrial system in the regional economy.
