数字包容视角下老年人数字健身鸿沟治理的理论逻辑、现实表征及推进路径

摘　　要：在数字技术迭代发展与深度老龄化的双重驱动下,数字包容是弥合老年人数字健身鸿沟的重要举措。该研究运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,在阐述数字包容视角下老年人数字健身鸿沟治理内涵特征与理论逻辑的基础上,分析了数字包容视角下老年人数字健身鸿沟治理的现实表征及推进路径,以期为进一步弥合老年人数字健身鸿沟提供理论参考与实践借鉴。研究发现:老年人数字健身鸿沟治理的内生逻辑、共振逻辑和现实逻辑是数字包容视角下老年人数字健身鸿沟治理的理论逻辑;针对老年人数字健身的心理鸿沟、社会鸿沟、技术鸿沟和经济鸿沟等现实表征,提出开展老年人数字健身素养教育,强化政策对老年人数字健身的人文关怀,做好老年人数字健身群体、场景及安全适配,构建老年人数字健身需求反馈机制的推进路径,以弥合老年人数字健身鸿沟。Under the dual drive of iterative development of digital technology and deep aging,digital inclusion is an important initiative to bridge the digital fitness divide for the elderly.Using literature review and logical analysis,the study elaborates the connotation characteristics and theoretical logic of the digital fitness divide governance for the elderly under the perspective of digital inclusion,and specifically analyses the reality representation and promotion path,with a view to providing theoretical and practical reference for further bridging the divide.The study finds that the endogenous logic,resonance logic,and reality logic are the theoretical logic of the digital fitness divide governance for the elderly under the perspective of digital inclusion,and that in view of the reality represention,such as the psychological,social,technological,and economic divide,it is proposed to carry out digital fitness literacy education for the elderly,strengthen humanistic care of the policies and systems on the digital fitness of the elderly,make a good adaptation of the elderly digital fitness group,scenarios and safety,and to build a feedback mechanism for the the elderly digital fitness needs,in order to bridge the digital fitness gap among the elderly.
