摘　　要：在人工智能(简称“AI”)技术快速迭代与体育培训市场现代化转型的双重驱动下,生成式AI是推动体育培训市场监管现代化的重要举措。该研究运用文献分析和比较分析等方法,在阐释生成式AI驱动体育培训市场监管现代化的内涵特征与理论逻辑基础上,剖析其应用过程中的现实表征并提出创新路径。研究发现:生成式AI的自主学习、关联分析与结果输出能力与监管需求高度契合,能够有效推动营商环境法治化、培训市场规范化、消费场景安全化与市场监管效能最大化;当前面临的现实困境包括合规性与实操性欠缺限制技术驱动效能、信息收集异化与安全防范缺失诱发数据风险、制度约束与标准体系不完善制约监管安全化提升、技术门槛过高阻碍特定主体参与。据此,提出了通过程序标准化与人工介入机制增强技术实操性、建立专属体育数据监管机构保障数据安全、完善生成式AI制度标准体系强化场景安全等级、降低技术接入门槛促进监管主体实质性参与等推进路径,旨在为体育培训市场监管现代化提供理论参考与实践指引。Driven by the rapid iteration of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and the modernization transformation of the sports training market,generative AI is an important measure to promote the modernization of sports training market regulation.This study uses methods such as literature analysis and comparative analysis to explain the connotation characteristics,and theoretical logic of the modernization of sports training market supenision driven by generative AI.Based on this,it analyzes the practical manifestations of its application process and proposes innovative paths.Research has found that the autonomous learning,correlation analysis,and result output capabilities of generative artificial intelligence are highly compatible with regulatory needs,and can effectively promote the legalization of the business environment,standardization of the training market,safety of consumer scenarios,and maximization of regulatory efficiency.The current application is facing a four-dimensional reality dilemma:the lack of compliance and practicality limits technology driven efficiency,information collection alienation and lack of security prevention induce data risks,imperfect institutional constraints and standard systems restrict the improvement of regulatory security,and high technical barriers hinder the participation of specific entities.A promotion path is proposed for this:enhancing technical practicality through program standardization and manual intervention mechanisms,establishing a dedicated sports data supervision agency to ensure data security,improving the generative AI system standard system to strengthen scene security levels,lowering the technical access threshold to promote substantive participation of regulatory entities,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the modernization of sports training market supervision.
