摘　　要：目前,国内基层医疗机构通过医联体建设的方式,服务质量和医疗业务水平得到了提升,而其家庭药师依托家庭医生团队开展工作,也逐渐成为我国医疗体系中公共卫生的一个组成部分。因此,以医联体为背景对家庭药师的工作进行深入研究,具有重要的现实意义和实践意义。本课题通过运用PEST-SWOT分析对医联体背景下家庭药师服务进行了深入研究,构建PEST-SWOT分析矩阵,旨在明确家庭药师在医联体体系中的定位及未来发展方向,通过对政治、经济、社会、技术环境的全面分析,结合SWOT战略分析方法,提出了针对家庭药师在医联体框架背景下的发展策略。At present,the service quality and medical service level of primary medical institutions in China have been improved through the medical alliance,and their family pharmacists,relying on the team of family doctors,have gradually become a part of public health in China's medical system.Therefore,it's of great practical and realistic significance to conduct an in-depth study on the work of family pharmacists under the background of medical alliances.This study conducted an in-depth of family pharmacist services under the background of medical alliances by using PEST-SWOT analysis,constructed a PEST-SWOT analysis matrix,aimed at clear the positioning and future development direction of family pharmacists in the medical alliance system,and proposed development strategies for family pharmacists under the background of medical alliances by comprehensive analyzing the political,economic,social,and technological environment,combined with the SWOT strategic analysis method.
