麻醉药品用药规则精细化设置的初步探索

摘　　要：目的精细化设置门急诊麻醉药品用药规则,促进麻醉药品的临床合理应用。方法结合2022年1月~2023年3月门急诊麻醉药品电子处方点评存在的问题,药剂科于2023年4月对麻醉药品的用药规则进行精细化设置。分析设置前后半年(设置前后4种麻醉药品的总处方数分别为1339张、1617张)的麻醉药品电子处方不合理率,评价精细化设置用药规则的实施效果。结果麻醉药品电子处方不合理率由42.35%降至8.53%(P<0.05)。结论前置审方系统对麻醉药品用药规则的精细化设置,规范了麻醉药品的管理,促进了临床合理用药,保障了患者用药安全。Objective To refine the rules for the use of narcotic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments to promote the rational clinical application.Methods Based on the problems existing in the electronic prescription review of narcotic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments from January 2022 to March 2023,the pharmacy department refined the medication rules of narcotic drugs in April 2023.To analyze the irrational rate of electronic prescriptions of narcotic drugs before and after the setting for half a year(the total number of prescriptions for the four narcotic drugs was 1339 and 1617 in the two periods,respectively),and to evaluate the implementation effect of refined drug use rules.Results The irrational rate of electronic prescriptions of narcotic drugs decreased from 42.35%to 8.53%(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined setting of narcotic drug use rules by the pre-review system standardized the management of narcotic drugs,promoted clinical rational drug use,and ensured the safety of patients'medication.
