摘　　要：沙库巴曲缬沙坦作为一种血管紧张素受体及脑啡肽酶的双重抑制剂,主要用于心力衰竭、高血压等心血管疾病的治疗,随着医学研究的深入,其在肾脏疾病、糖尿病等非心血管疾病中的潜力逐渐被发掘,为这些疾病的综合管理提供新的策略。本文对沙库巴曲缬沙坦在非心血管疾病中的最新研究进展进行综述,探讨其潜在的应用价值。As the dual inhibitor of angiotensin receptor and neprilysin,sacubitril valsartan is mainly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure and hypertension.However,with the deepening of medical research,its potential in non-cardiovascular diseases such as kidney diseases and diabetes mellitus has been gradually explored,providing new strategies for the comprehensive management of these diseases.This paper reviews the latest research progress of sacubitril valsartan in non-cardiovascular diseases,and explore its potential application value.
