摘 要:MAPK信号通路是真核生物中调控细胞生长、增殖、分化和凋亡的关键途径,其异常激活与多种癌症的发生发展密切相关。中药和天然药物具有不良反应小的独特优势,可作为长期的补充和替代疗法。近年来,中药及其有效成分在癌症治疗中的应用备受关注。诸多研究表明,中药及其有效成分可通过调控MAPK信号通路抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭转移,诱导凋亡等,从而发挥抗癌作用,但目前缺乏系统综述,本文总结了近年来多种中药及其有效成分在调控MAPK信号通路方面的研究进展,探讨中药在癌症治疗中的优势和挑战及未来的研究方向,旨在通过深入发掘中药在MAPK信号通路中的作用机制,为癌症治疗提供新的方向。MAPK signaling pathway is a key pathway in eukaryotic regulation of cell growth,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and its abnormal activation is closely related to the occurrence and development of many cancers.Traditional Chinese medicines and natural medicines have the unique advantage of having fewer side effects and can be used as long-term complementary and alternative therapies.In recent years,the application of traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients in cancer treatment has attracted much attention.Many studies have shown that TCM and its active components can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells and induce apoptosis by regulating MAPK signaling pathway,thus playing an anticancer role.However,systematic review is lacking at present.This article summarizes the research progress of various traditional Chinese medicines and their active ingredients in regulating the MAPK signaling pathway in recent years,explores the advantages and challenges of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer treatment,as well as future research directions,aiming to provide new directions for cancer treatment by exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the MAPK signaling pathway.
