摘  要:烧伤是导致皮肤及其附属器官损伤的主要原因之一,深Ⅱ度及以上烧伤会破坏汗腺结构,影响排汗功能,汗腺再生对烧伤患者功能恢复至关重要。干细胞疗法通过借助间充质干细胞、表皮干细胞和诱导多能干细胞调节创面微环境,并诱导其分化为汗腺样细胞,促进汗腺再生。3D打印技术则通过精准构建复杂生物支架模拟汗腺发育期真皮基质,为干细胞的分化和汗腺再生提供适宜环境,促进汗腺功能恢复。干细胞疗法和3D打印技术为烧伤患者提供了新的治疗策略,但仍存在发展空间。Burns represent a significant cause of damage to the skin and its appendages.Deep second-degree burns and more severe injuries can destroy the structure of sweat glands,leading to impaired perspiration function.Sweat gland regeneration is essential for functional recovery in burn patients.Stem cell therapy promotes sweat gland regeneration by le-veraging mesenchymal stem cells,epidermal stem cells,and induced pluripotent stem cells to modulate the wound micro-environment and induce differentiation into sweat gland-like cells.Meanwhile,3D printing technology precisely constructs complex biological scaffolds that mimic the dermal matrix during sweat gland development,providing an optimal environ-ment for stem cell differentiation and sweat gland regeneration,thereby facilitating the restoration of sweat gland function.Both approaches offer promising new treatment strategies for burn patients,but further development is still required.
