摘　　要：特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)的发生是遗传、饮食、环境等多因素非线性关联作用的结果。肠道菌群代谢免疫调控网络是“土枢四象,一气周流”宏观升降循环的细胞分子层面的微观映射,“土湿、火炎、风燥”是AD相关代谢免疫神经发病机制的凝练聚合。整合“肠道菌群-人体共代谢”与“土枢四象,一气周流”的思维内核,以西医微观解构为起始,最终回归到中医宏观思维层面,实现对疾病与生命的多维度认知,将干预肠道菌群的药物及技术与中医药有机结合,以中医药为手段、肠道微生物为媒介,从内改善患儿特应性代谢免疫环境,降低类固醇、免疫抑制类药物的使用,减少药物不良反应的发生,为AD患儿开发更加安全有效的治疗措施。The occurrence of atopic dermatitis(AD)is the result of non-linear correlation among genetic,dietary and environmental factors.The intestinal flora metabolism and immunity regulatory network is a microscopic mapping of the cellular and molecular level of the macro cycle of"Earth being the center of the other four Elements with one Qi circumfluence",and"Dampness of Earth,inflammation of Fire and Dryness of Wind"is condensed aggregation of the metabolism,immunity and neuropathogenesis related to AD.By integrating the core thinking of"intestinal flora-human body common metabolism"and"Earth centers the other four Elements with one Qi circumfluence",with the beginning of Western medicine micro-deconstruction,and ultimately return to the macro level of Chinese medicine thinking,multi-dimensional cognition of the disease and life can be achieved.It is suggested that to combine the intervention of intestinal flora of drugs and technology and Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine being used as the means and intestinal microorganisms being used as the medium,to improve the atopic metabolic immune environment of the children from the inside,to reduce the use of steroids and immunosuppressive drugs as well as the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and to develop safer and more effective therapeutic measures for the children suffering from AD.
