基于“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”浅谈揿针治疗老年性外阴瘙痒

摘　　要：老年女性易心气不足、肾精亏虚。心气不足则无力推动血液输送至全身各处,导致肌肤失养;加之肾精不足,心肾失交,虚火内生。外阴处于下焦,更易感受湿热邪气侵扰,气血失和,则致瘙痒发生。因此在治疗上要兼顾老年女性的生理特点,不能一味清热利湿止痒。李云波教授基于“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”理论,以益气养阴、安神定志为取穴大法,采用揿针治疗老年性外阴瘙痒,使患者心肾相交、水火既济,则心部于表、肾治于里,从而气血调和,阴阳协调,瘙痒得到控制。Elderly women suffer from insufficiency of the Heart Qi,and deficiency of the Kidney Essence.Heart Qi insufficiency means the inability to push the blood to be transported to the whole body,which leads to the loss of skin nourishment.In addition,the deficiency of Kidney Essence can cause communication failure between the Heart and Kidney,which will lead to the production of deficiency Fire.The vulva is in the Lower Jiao,and it is easier to suffer from the Dampness and Heat Evil Factor invasion.Qi and blood disharmony would cause itching.Therefore,the treatment of the disease the physiological characteristics of elderly women should be considered,not only by clearing Heat and relieving Dampness to stop itching.Based on the theory of"all painful and itchy sores being related to Heart",Prof.Li Yunbo used needle-embedding therapy to treat geriatric vulvar itching by benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin as well as tranquilizing the spirit and easing the mind,so that the patients′heart and Kidney can communicate well with each other,or the Water and Fire can work together.The heart functions outside and the Kidney functions inside,to regulate Qi and blood and harmonize Yin and Yang.Eventually,the itching can be controlled.
