摘 要:目的:因宁夏地区特殊的地理环境和生活习俗,致使燥证已经成为当前亚健康状态之一。然而,宁夏燥证与季节、饮食、体质方面的研究较少,发生机制尚不明确。本研究通过分析宁夏地区燥证分布规律及其影响因素,以期为改善因燥邪致病引起的亚健康状态提供理论依据。方法:本研究对4467名居住宁夏地区1年以上人群进行面对面调查,收集研究对象一般信息、生活方式、燥证主次症、中医体质等。定量资料组间比较采用t检验,计数资料组间比较采用χ^(2)检验,并使用Logistic回归分析燥证患病的影响因素。结果:宁夏燥证患者2394例(53.6%)。饮食习惯以牛羊肉、喜热、烧烤与油炸食品为主者,患燥证的风险更高,OR(95%CI)值分别为1.204(1.037~1.398)、1.221(1.028~1.449)、1.220(1.029~1.447)与1.254(1.047~1.502)。中医体质中,阳虚质、阴虚质、气虚质、痰湿质与气郁质均是燥证患病的危险因素,OR(95%CI)值分别为1.604(1.326~1.940)、3.002(2.415~3.679)、1.348(1.094~1.662)、1.386(1.099~1.747)与1.452(1.152~1.832)。季节因素中,春、秋、冬季是燥证患病的危险因素,OR(95%CI)值分别为1.212(1.051~1.398)、1.652(1.434~1.903)与1.311(1.126~1.527)。结论:影响宁夏燥证发生的主要因素是特殊的地域环境、气候、饮食习惯和中医体质。Objective:Due to the unique geographical environment and lifestyle habits in the Ningxia region,dryness syndrome has become one of the current subhealth states.However,there is limited research on the relationship between Ningxia dryness syndrome and factors such as season,diet,and constitution,and the mechanism remains unclear.This study aims to analyze the distribution patterns of dryness syndrome and its influencing factors in Ningxia,with the goal of providing theoretical evidence to improve subhealth states caused by dryness-related pathogenic factors.Methods:A face-to-face survey was conducted among 4467 individuals who had lived in the Ningxia region for over one year,collecting information on general demographics,lifestyle,primary and secondary symptoms of dryness syndrome,and TCM constitution.Quantitative data were compared using the t-test,while enumeration data were compared using the χ^(2) test.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of dryness syndrome.Results:A total of 2394 individuals(53.6%)were diagnosed with dryness syndrome.The risk of dryness syndrome was higher among individuals with dietary habits centered around beef and mutton,preference for hot foods,and a diet rich in barbecued and fried foods,with odds ratios(ORs)(95%CI)of 1.204(1.037 to 1.398),1.221(1.028 to 1.449),1.220(1.029 to 1.447),and 1.254(1.047 to 1.502),respectively.TCM constitutions such as yang deficiency,yin deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness,and qi stagnation were found to be risk factors for dryness syndrome,with ORs(95%CI)of 1.604(1.326 to 1.940),3.002(2.415 to 3.679),1.348(1.094 to 1.662),1.386(1.099 to 1.747),and 1.452(1.152 to 1.832),respectively.Seasonal factors such as spring,autumn,and winter were also identified as risk factors for dryness syndrome,with ORs(95%CI)of 1.212(1.051 to 1.398),1.652(1.434 to 1.903),and 1.311(1.126 to 1.527),respectively.Conclusion:The main factors influencing the occurrence of dryness syndrome in Ningxia are the region's unique environmental conditions,cli
