摘　　要：肠道菌群构成了人体肠道微生态系统,作为人体第二基因组的肠道菌群含有丰富的信息。肠道微生态可以作为微观参数反映整体健康状态。在中医状态理论指导下,将肠道菌群微观参数应用于中医证研究可以更好地利用肠道微生态携带信息,并将其应用于临床,而纳入客观指标可以推动中医辨证客观化。目前,将肠道菌群微观参数应用于中医证研究取得了一些成果,但也存在不足。通过分析目前的研究现状,结合现代技术和中医整体观念找到解决策略可以为今后的研究提供思路。The gut microbiota constitutes the intestinal microecosystem of the human body and,as the second genome of the human body,contains abundant information.The gut microecosystem can serve as a microparameter reflecting overall health status.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of state,applying gut microbiota microparameters to TCM syndrome research can better utilize the information carried by the gut microbiota and apply it to clinical practice.The incorporation of objective indicators can promote the objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation.Currently,some progress has been made in applying gut microbiota microparameters to TCM syndrome research,but there are also shortcomings.By analyzing the current state of research and combining modern technology with the holistic view of TCM,finding solutions can provide ideas for future research.
