芍药甘草汤在皮肤疾病中的作用机制与临床应用进展

摘　　要：芍药甘草汤为《伤寒论》的经典名方,是临床常用方剂,可治疗多种疾病。古籍中鲜有治疗皮肤病的记载。现代研究发现,芍药甘草汤的主要有效成分白芍总苷和甘草酸具有良好的抗炎、免疫调节和止痛作用,对于多种免疫相关炎症性皮肤病有治疗价值,临床实践亦发现该方对于上述皮肤病疗效显著。通过总结该方主要药理作用和治疗皮肤病的作用机制,重点介绍该方在斑秃、带状疱疹、过敏性紫癜、湿疹和特应性皮炎等疾病中的应用,结合中医理论及药理研究,进一步挖掘该方防治上述皮肤病的临床价值和科研价值,推动该方在“异病同治”“老药新用”方面的思考与探索。Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,a classic formula from Treatise on Cold Damage(Shang Han Lun),is a commonly used prescription in clinical practice that can treat various diseases.Ancient texts rarely mention its use for dermatological conditions.Modern research has shown that the main active components of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,total glycosides of paeony(TGP)and glycyrrhizic acid,possess strong anti-inflammatory,immune-regulatory,and analgesic effects,which are valuable in treating a variety of immune-related inflammatory skin diseases.Clinical practice has also demonstrated significant efficacy for these dermatological conditions.This paper summarizes the pharmacological effects of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and its mechanisms in treating skin diseases,with a focus on its application in conditions such as alopecia areata,herpes zoster,allergic purpura,eczema,and atopic dermatitis.By integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory with pharmacological research,this paper further explores the clinical and research value of this formula in the prevention and treatment of these skin diseases,promoting further exploration and thought in the areas of“treating different diseases with the same approach”and the“new uses of old medicines”.
