摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)发病机制复杂,病理表现繁多,累及多器官功能。木犀草素是一种天然来源的黄酮类化合物,广泛分布于中草药中,中医运用历史悠久。通过检索近年来国内外木犀草素防治NAFLD的相关文献进行归纳整理,发现木犀草素通过改善脂质代谢、改善糖代谢、改善肠屏障、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肝纤维化等方面有效延缓NAFLD的进展。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a complex disorder with diverse pathological manifestations,affecting multiple organ functions.Luteolin,a natural flavonoid widely found in Chinese medicinal herbs,has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).A review of recent studies in China and abroad on the preventive and therapeutic effects of luteolin on NAFLD indicates that luteolin effectively slows the progression of NAFLD by improving lipid metabolism,regulating glucose metabolism,enhancing intestinal barrier function,exerting anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,and preventing liver fibrosis.
