摘 要:本文分析了大数据模型在房建领域的应用,包括设计、施工与运维。研究表明,大数据模型通过创新设计、优化施工和提升运维效率,显著提升了建筑行业的科学性和效率,推动其智能化、精细化发展。为应对挑战,需建立数据共享、加强治理、提升算法,以支持我国建筑行业的高质量发展。This paper analyzes the application of big data model in the field of housing construction,including design,construction and operation and maintenance.The study shows that the big data model significantly improves the science and efficiency of the construction industry and promotes its intelligent and refined development through innovative design,optimized construction and improved operation and maintenance efficiency.Addressing the challenges requires establishing data sharing,strengthening governance,and enhancing algorithms to support the high-quality development of China's construction industry.
