摘　　要：本文以全国首例人工智能芯片领域侵犯商业秘密案为切入点,系统探讨人工智能时代企业商业秘密保护的核心问题与应对策略。研究首先界定人工智能时代企业商业秘密的主要类型。其次,结合典型案例揭示当前保护面临的三大挑战。最后,从技术防护、法律强化及内部管理三个维度提出系统性对策。This paper takes the first case of trade secret infringement in the field of AI chips in China as a starting point to systematically explore the core issues and countermeasures of enterprise trade secret protection in the AI era.Firstly,the research defines the main types of enterprise trade secrets in the AI era.Secondly,combined with typical cases,it reveals three major challenges faced in current protection.Finally,systematic countermeasures are proposed from three dimensions:technical protection,legal reinforcement,and internal management.
