摘　　要：儿童肾脏移植受者在移植后需终身随访。但儿童受者不是成人受者的缩小版,其脑神经发育、脏器功能、免疫系统、药物代谢及并发症的发生发展规律均与成人不同。此外,儿童受者及家长的依从性个体差异很大;而且随着年龄增长,儿童受者身高、体重会出现很大变化。因此,儿童肾脏移植术后的随访管理对于提高移植肾和受者存活率意义重大。为了进一步规范中国儿童肾脏移植受者的随访管理工作,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织儿童肾脏移植专家,参考国内外最新研究结果及相关指南,并结合我国儿童肾脏移植临床经验,从随访计划、移植肾功能监测、免疫抑制治疗、常见并发症的防治、生活方式指导等方面制定了本指南。Children who undergo kidney transplantation require lifelong follow-up care.However,pediatric recipients are not simply smaller versions of adult recipients.Their brain and neurological development,organ function,immune system,drug metabolism,and the occurrence and progression patterns of complications differ from those of adults.In addition,there is significant individual variation in treatment adherence among pediatric recipients and their parents.Moreover,as children grow,their height and weight undergo considerable changes.Therefore,post-transplant follow-up management for pediatric kidney transplant recipients is of great significance for improving both graft survival and recipient survival rates.To further standardize the follow-up management of pediatric kidney transplant recipients in China,the Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation organized experts in pediatric kidney transplantation.This guideline was developed based on the latest research findings and relevant international guidelines,combined with clinical experience in pediatric kidney transplantation in China.It provides recommendations on follow-up plans,graft function monitoring,immunosuppressive therapy,prevention and treatment of common complications,and lifestyle guidance.
