左归丸联合丁苯酞治疗帕金森病轻度认知障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨左归丸联合丁苯酞治疗帕金森病轻度认知障碍(PD-MCI)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2022年6月至2023年6月收治的PD-MCI患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均口服丁苯酞,观察组患者加用左归丸。两组患者均连续治疗8周。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分、统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分及血清同型半胱氨酸水平均显著降低(P<0.05),简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及血清尿酸水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组均显著优于对照组(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(7.50%比10.00%,P>0.05)。结论左归丸联合丁苯酞治疗PD-MCI的临床疗效良好,能有效改善患者的认知功能和日常生活活动能力,减轻氧化应激反应,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zuogui Pills combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease(PD-MCI).Methods A total of 80 patients with PD-MCI admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were orally administered with butylphthalide,while the patients in the observation group received additional treatment with Zuogui Pills.Both groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)scores,and the levels of serum homocysteine in the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)scores,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores,and the levels of serum uric acid significantly increased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the observation group and the control group(7.50%vs.10.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Zuogui Pills combined with butylphthalide have good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of PD-MCI,which can effectively improve patients'cognitive function and activities of daily living,and reduce oxidative stress reactions.
