摘　　要：目的为鹦鹉热衣原体感染致重症肺炎的治疗提供参考。方法临床药师针对鹦鹉热衣原体感染致重症肺炎的病原学特点,查阅文献,并结合危重症患者的病情特点,建议更换为盐酸多西环素片口服联合注射用阿奇霉素静脉滴注的个体化治疗方案,临床医师采纳。结果更换治疗方案3 d后,患者的感染指标下降,7 d后鹦鹉热衣原体序列数由47677降至3270,效果明显,病情好转。出院后随访4周,痊愈。结论临床药师全程参与鹦鹉热衣原体感染致重症肺炎的抗感染治疗,为临床提供合理用药建议,可保障患者的用药安全。Objective To provide a reference for the treatment of severe pneumonia induced by Chlamydia psittaci infection.Methods Based on the pathogenic characteristics of severe pneumonia induced by Chlamydia psittaci infection,the clinical pharmacist reviewed literature and combined it with the characteristics of the critically ill patient,he suggested changing to an individualized treatment plan of Doxycycline Hydrochloride Tablets(oral administration)combined with Azithromycin for Injection(intravenous drip).Clinical physicians adopted this plan.Results After changing the treatment plan for 3 d,the patient's infection indicators decreased.After 7 d,the number of Chlamydia psittaci sequences decreased from 47677 to 3270,the effect was significant,and the condition improved.After four weeks of follow-up after discharge,the patient recovered.Conclusion The clinical pharmacist fully participate in the anti-infective treatment of severe pneumonia induced by Chlamydia psittaci infection can provide reasonable medication recommendations for clinical practice and ensure the patient's medication safety.
