摘　　要：目的总结肝纤维化(HF)的临床诊断和蒙医药治疗概况,为临床诊治HF提供参考。方法查阅国内外诊断和治疗HF的相关文献,总结HF的临床诊断和蒙医药治疗的研究进展,分析现行临床诊断及治疗的优缺点,并有针对性地提出建议。结果临床诊断HF的方法有血清学诊断、肝活检和影像学诊断技术;蒙医药治疗HF的方法主要以调理三根为基础,以清希拉热、除血为前提,并联合用药,协同作用于多靶点、多途径调节脏腑功能,最终达到治疗目的。结论HF仍需肝活检技术来诊断,目前尚缺乏理想的生物学指标和影像检测手段;蒙医药治疗HF的临床疗效较显著,但对复方制剂的作用机制研究还较浅显,需进一步深入挖掘,为临床治疗HF提供思路。Objective To summarize the clinical diagnosis and Mongolian medicine treatment of hepatic fibrosis(HF),and to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HF.Methods Relevant domestic and foreign literature on the diagnosis and treatment of HF was reviewed,the research progress on clinical diagnosis and Mongolian medicine treatment of HF was summarized to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current clinical diagnosis and treatment,and targeted recommendations were put forward.Results The clinical diagnostic methods for HF include serological diagnosis,liver biopsy,and imaging diagnostic techniques.The main method for the treatment of HF with Mongolian medicine is based on regulating the″San Gen″,with the premise of clearing heat and removing blood,and combined with medication and synergistic effects on multiple targets and pathways to regulate organ function to achieve the therapeutic goal.Conclusion HF still requires liver biopsy for diagnosis,and there is currently a lack of ideal biological indicators and imaging detection methods.Mongolian medicine has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of HF,but the research on the mechanism of compound preparations is still relatively shallow,and further in-depth exploration and research are needed to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of HF.
