ETC结合CBL的教学模式在中医专业硕士研究生临床能力培养的应用

摘  要:目的探讨“实践、思维、竞赛”(ETC)结合以案例为基础学习(CBL)的教学模式在中医专业硕士研究生临床能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院实习的30名中医专业硕士研究生,按随机数字表法分为两组,各15名。对照组采取常规教学法,观察组采取ETC结合CBL的教学模式,观察两组教学效果(理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩、病例分析成绩)、临床能力及教学满意度。结果观察组教学效果、临床能力及教学满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ETC结合CBL的教学模式能提升中医专业硕士研究生的教学培训效果,增强其临床能力及教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching model based on the“practice,thinking,competition”(ETC)teaching method combined with the case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the clinical ability cultivation of professional degree master’s students in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Thirty professional degree master’s students in TCM who interned in The Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 15 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the observation group adopted a teaching mode based on the ETC teaching method combined with the CBL teaching method.The teaching effect(theoretical knowledge performance,skill operation performance,case analysis performance),clinical ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The teaching effect(theoretical knowledge score,skill operation score,case analysis score),clinical ability and teaching satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model based on the ETC teaching method combined with the CBL teaching method can improve the teaching and training effectiveness of professional degree master’s students in TCM,enhance clinical abilities,and increase teaching satisfaction.
