摘　　要：微课是以短视频为主要形式的教学活动,适用于传播在知识体系中分布较分散的操作技能类知识点。针灸临床技能实训微课的质量直接影响课程的教学效果。此研究以“肘劳”为例,对针灸临床技能实训微课的脚本构思与撰写、短视频录制与剪辑进行了设计和总结,为以后临床技能实训微课的开展提供了有益的借鉴。Micro-lecture is a teaching activity that takes the form of short videos.It is suitable for propagating knowledge points of operational skills that are dispersed in the knowledge system.The quality of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical skills training directly affects the teaching effectiveness of the course.Taking the example of elbow pain,this study designed and summarized the script conception and writing,short video recording and editing of the clinical skills training micro-course for acupuncture and moxibustion,and provided a useful reference for the development of future clinical skills training micro-courses.
