摘　　要：林淑琴教授为福建中医药大学附属人民医院专家、三级岗位主任医师,从事中医耳鼻喉科临床40年,在中西医结合治疗耳鼻喉科疾病方面有独到见解。鼻鼽是耳鼻喉科门诊的常见病症,病因复杂。林淑琴教授认为此病多以肺气虚寒、卫表不固为主要病机,针对肺卫不固者,常治以玉屏风散和苍耳子散为基础方化裁,并配合穴位贴敷,效果满意。Professor Lin Shuqin is an expert and third-level Chief Physician of the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has been engaged in the clinical treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases for 40 years,and has unique insights in the treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in otorhinolaryngology clinic with complicated etiology.Professor Lin Shuqin believes that this disease is mainly caused by deficient cold of lung qi and non-consolidation of superficies.For those with nonconsolidation of lung,the regular treatment is based on the prescription of Yupingfeng powder and Cangerzi powder,and the effect is satisfactory.
