摘　　要：连朴饮和白虎加人参汤分别出自《霍乱论》和《伤寒论》,合方具有清热化湿、滋阴降火、益气生津之功。陆芝兰教授根据多年临床经验,从湿热兼虚的角度出发,认为“三消”即上消为肺燥、中消为胃热、下消为肾虚。同时结合湖南地理气候及饮食特点,提出湿热浊毒兼虚证是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的病机要素。根据“同病异治,异病同治”之理,运用连朴饮合白虎加人参汤加减治疗T2DM,对改善患者的生活质量和控制糖尿病及其并发症具有重要意义,为现代中医临床治疗T2DM提供了参考经验。Lianpo drink and Baihu Renshen decoction originates from the Huoluanlun and Shanghanlun,respectively.This combined prescription possesses the therapeutic effects of clearing heat and eliminating dampness,nourishing yin and reducing fire,and invigorating vital energy while promoting the production of body fluids.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor Lu Zhilan,from the perspective of dampness-heat combined with deficiency,believes that three types of diabetes as follows:the upper type characterized by lung dryness,the middle type by stomach heat,and the lower type by kidney deficiency.Considering the climate and geography and dietary characteristics of Hunan,Professor Lu suggests that dampness,heat,turbidity,toxicity,and deficiency are the key pathogenic factors in the etiology of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Employing the principle of“different treatment for the same disease,same treatment for different diseases”,the application of Lianpo drink combined with Baihu Renshen decoction in the treatment of T2DM is highly significant for enhancing the quality of life of patients,managing diabetes mellitus and its complications,and serves as a reference for the clinical treatment of T2DM within the framework of modern traditional Chinese medicine.
