浅析土瓜根散的临床应用

摘　　要：土瓜根散出自《金匮要略》,原治妇人月经不利。土瓜根散证的诱因应为产后脉络损伤;病机为瘀血阻滞于下焦胞宫,导致肝经及冲任二脉调节月经功能失常,并兼有阳明郁热。其证属实,病性偏热,病位在里,为气滞血瘀之轻证。此文通过整理土瓜根散相关的文献论述和临床报道,选取有代表性的医家观点,较系统地讨论土瓜根散证的病位、病因、病机、临床症状及组方选药、鉴别使用、服药后注意事项,以供临床参考借鉴。Tugua’gen powder is from the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.It is originally used to treat women’s postpartum menstruation.The cause should be postpartum vein damage,and the pathogenesis is blood stasis blocked in the lower jiao uterus,which leads to abnormal regulation of menstruation by liver meridian and Chongren pulse,combined with Yangming heat stasis.The syndrome belongs to excess,the disease is heat,and the disease location is in interior,which is mild syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.In this paper,the literature discussion and clinical reports related to Tugua’gen powder were summarized,and the views of representative doctors were selected to systematically discuss the etiology,location,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,prescription selection,identification and medication,and matters for attention after taking medicine of Tugua’gen powder for clinical reference.
