基于神志理论的中国古代睡眠障碍研究

摘　　要：中国古代睡眠理论由昼夜节律、营卫阴阳、脏腑神、病理产物、体质因素等理论发展而来,其中基于脏腑神理论的神志理论是其中重要的一部分,具有较高的价值。然而随着医学的进步,情志异常与不寐的高度相关性越来越受到关注。因此,对中医睡眠理论中的神志理论进行总结具有重要意义。然而,神志理论虽然涉及的内容十分丰富,但是部分理论含混不清。文章探析心神、脑神、五脏神、心肾不交等与失眠的关系,有利于更深层次地了解基于脏腑理论的神志理论在睡眠障碍中的运用。The sleep theory in ancient China was developed based on the theory of circadian rhythm,yin and yang,zang-fu spirits,pathological products and physical factors,etc.,among which the emotions and minds theory based on the theory of zang-fu spirits has high theoretical and clinical value.However,with the progress of medicine,the high correlation between emotional disorders and insomnia has attracted more and more attention.Therefore,it is of great significance to summarize the emotions and minds theory in the sleep theory of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the content of this theory is very rich,but some theories are ambiguous.Through the study of the theories of heart spirit,brain spirit,zang-fu spirits,disharmony between heart and kidney,it is conducive to a deeper understanding of the application of emotions and minds theory based on the theory of zang-fu organs in sleep disorders.
